Passing thru Windsor and wanted to try out a good shawarma place. Mixed shawarma sandwich - 5 stars. Nice and fresh albeit I've had better in Detroit. This is still a worth try Chicken shawarma - 4.5 stars. This looks like regulars favorite but mixed was better Garlic potatoes - 3 stars. Too garlicky however that's not their fault. I didn't realize that's what it was. Fries - 4 stars Lentil soup - 3 stars. Decent however very diluted Drinks are Pepsi products Service was a bit pushy on not correcting after me repeating a few times on what upsell I had chosen. Overall experience wasn't bad though. Maybe it was just once person in front that was pushy and my luck I get him.
The Sal sandwich - I got the mixed beef/ chicken and it was phenomenal... it might just be the best shawarma I've ever had. Very friendly and fast service, I'm going to make this a regular stop when in Windsor.
I am SHOCKED by the average rating for this place. I had it for the first time yesterday as take out and it had to be one of the best meals I've had and I have pretty high standards for Mediterranean food. I got the chicken shawarma bowl and it was perfection! Their hummus, hot sauce, and garlic sauce added the perfect touch of spice and flavor. I wish I had taken a photo before I devoured it.
Still the best shawarma in town. Miss this place since we moved out of Windsor. Back in town, had to get my beef shawarma fix. Delicious!!! Thanks!!!!
If any business deserves 6 stars, it's here. Absolutely INCREDIBLE food and even better service. The supervisor here is one of the kindest people in Windsor. All around an amazing experience no matter the situation !
